Update: 5/22/18

Model #10550 - I finally had time to look them over.  It runs but the float seems to stick and then floods out.  It will leak fuel.  I expect the carborator will need some service work.  The rest of the mower works well.  

Model #10247 - This mower actually has few hours on it.  It still starts on the first pull.  

The bagger does work on both models.
