I need help moving the following:

*Refrigerator #1 from basement to main floor

*Refrigerator #2 from main floor to garage 

*2 recliners from upstairs to basement 

*1 couch from main floor to basement 

I only need 1 person to help me (I am young and physically fit), but if there are 2 of you, that would be great.
