Description

These solid oak trim pieces were salvaged from a 100+ year old house that was being torn down.  Trim pieces and prices are as follows:

Corner blocks:  These are corner blocks that go at the top of the door frame and have a "bullseye"  or "rosette" pattern.  Measure approx. 5 1/2" square.  There are 28 of these.  Selling for $8.00 each.

Plinth blocks: These plinth blocks go at the bottom of the door frame and have a carved floral pattern.  Measure approx. 11" tall X 5 1/2" wide.  There are 22 of these.  Selling for $12.00 each.

Corner plinths:  These go in the corners where the floor trim meets.  Measure approx. 11" tall X 1 1/4" on the side.  There are a total of 20 of these.  16 of them are "notched" and 4 are not.  Selling for $8.00 each.

Floor corner "wedges":  These were installed at a later date, probably in the 1920s.  Their purpose is to make cleaining easier by keeping dirt out of the corners.  There are a total of 12 of these.  Selling for $2.00 each.

I also have several hundred feet of trim (baseboard/door casing) available in a separate listing.  All trim, blocks, etc. were salvaged from the same home.  Was bought to install in our Victorian home and it has all been stored in the garage.  We're selling the Victorian and this trim isn't going to work in a mid-century modern.  If you're interested in bundling both listings let me know and I'll make you a deal!
