I have a house that is located in Ransom KS on the east side of town that we are wanting to sell do to the fact we moved .  It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with big closets and a office study.  It has a full bathroom as well upstairs on the main level.  With a nice size kitchen, and a laundry room as well.  We put alot of time and money in this house.  It has all new windows, bathroom, kitchen, paint, and a furnace. The house will come furnished with a fridge, stove, microwave, and a freezer, and a washer and dryer.  In the basement i put in a new bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.  It has 2 bedrooms down stairs and a living space.  It is a pretty decent place.  It would make somebody a great first home or a place to retire in.  It also has a one car garage detached and a little storage she in the back yard.
