The Beloit Club is an attractive 9 hole private club in Beloit, KS. The course has been kept in great shape and has room for even more improvement. Goals included general course improvements as well as clubhouse, equipment, and overall presentation of the course to both members, guest and new players. Part of the role of the Superintendent/Greens Keeper will be recognizing and providing input of how to grow the membership and overall play of the course.

• Maintains grounds including the golf course, clubhouse surroundings, driving range and other maintainable property.

• Supervises planting, fertilizing and chemical applications, and other care of turf, plants, shrubs and trees on the golf course and clubhouse surrounds.

• Develops chemical and fertilizing plan and works closely with chemical product vendors
  Communicates frequently to discuss activities, goals, plans and suggested improvement for course conditions.

• Maintains inventory and oversees repairs and scheduled maintenance of golf course maintenance equipment.

• Assists in maintenance and operation of drainage, irrigation and other mechanical watering systems.

• Informs members about present and future maintenance activities.

• Coordinates with events planning committee to prepare the course for specific needs leading up to and during those events.

• Ensures that the golf course is providing healthy and high-quality playing conditions for members & guests of the property.

• Must either possess a current Kansas Applicators License or be willing to acquire quickly

• Perform other duties as assigned.
