Spruce Villa Apartments in Ellis is looking for a part-time Maintenance Specialist/Grounds Keeper

Responsibilities include:

•      Performing minor repairs; plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling, fixtures and appliances
•       Unit remodeling; cleaning, painting and necessary repairs of vacant apartments and community room
•     Grounds maintenance; responsible for mowing, edging and keeping grounds maintained
•       Complete apartment inspections with Property Manager
•      Perform other maintenance duties as requested
•      Available to be on call for emergency repairs
