2004 with 4 total bunks which is extremely rare and they're located in their own separate room in the back so you don't have to listen to the kids all day complaining about there being no Wi-Fi at the lake;)

Needs to have awning material replaced with costs $150 but planning not on doing this unless the person who buys it wants this and I will add $150 onto the cost.  

Sleeps 4 in bunks, two in queen, one on sofa and one or two at dining table bed.

Great shape and clean with new tires, battery, everything works.... And I have a top of the line weight distribution hitch from Blue Ox that will be around $450 and another one for around $275 that is high quality....if needed and that will cost extra of course 

I'm firm on the price.....and won't come down at all so sorry.
