Starting wage 16.00 (based on experience) Sunflower Diversified Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time facility maintenance team member. The hours are 7 or 8 am to 3 or 4 pm. (set schedule will be established with Director of Facilities). Typical work week is Monday through Friday with availability for call-outs on evenings & weekends.
Duties: provide maintenance & repairs for all company locations in Great Bend. Provide monthly fire extinguisher & emergency lighting checks and associated logs. Timely completion of maintenance requests. Be able to work without supervision. Be on time. Work with various departments & provide satisfactory maintenance request results. Have a valid Kansas driver’s license. Some electrical, mechanical, & carpentry skills needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, operate vehicles, machinery & power tools. Will be working inside & outside in all weather conditions. 

After a new full-time employee completes their paid training & 30 days of successful employment- $200.00 bonus
AND
After a new employee successfully completed 90 days of employment- $200.00 bonus
AND
After 6 months of successful employment- $300.00
AND
After 12 months of successful employment- $300.00

$1,000.00 total available to be earned for 12 months of successful full-time employment with Sunflower Diversified Services, Inc.
(note: part-time or mid-time employment can earn up to $500.00)
