These are 1.5 watt LED lights that are designed to be placed along sidewalks, driveways, decks, etc.   They easily connect with included quickfit connections and wiring that is manufactured to be buried underground, although I put my wires inside 1" PVC covered with rock.  They are designed to be used with either a 35 or 45 watt transformer that can be plugged into a standard outlet and can purchased at Walmart for less than $20 (I saw them April 22 for $11).  The transformer includes a dusk to dawn sensor that automatically turns the lights on and the lights can be set to be on all night or for 4, 6, or 8 hours before shutting off.  There are 22 lights, 12 of which have never been out of the boxes.  Only four of the other 10 were briefly set up before we decided to go with another style Quickfit lights.  We cannot return these because we purchased them last November, past the 90 day return period at Walmart.  Original cost on these was $13 each.
