These Perfect Layers tools can  help with making  bordering, layering and matting.

These 2 tools,  allow you to Cut from 1/16 inch to almost 1 inch borders and/ or mats with no measuring. Perfect Layers is designed with a "catch lip" that bumps up easily,  along the photo  you are matting or the  picture you are framing .

The tool hooks onto the edge of the photo or image which gives the precise border measurement you want.

This package contains two tools with eight different sizes to  use as your guides.

Tool one helps in making  1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch borders. and mats  

The second tool helps with making  1/16 inch,  3/16 inch, 5/16 inch,  and  1/2 inch borders . Just cut along the tool edge with a regular craft knife and you'll  have a perfect matted or framed result.
