need a place to live. I work full time and run cattle with my family. Volunteer firefighter.  Always pay my bills. I'm handy, I can improve the place.  Don't drink, don't party.  

I do keep animals outdoors so I'm hoping for a country house or a big yard in a town that doesn't frown on goats/dogs/etc.  

Rent or buy. Pre-approved for a loan.
