Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital - WaKeeney Family Care Center is looking for a Part-time RN or LPN. 

• 1 Part-time RN or LPN
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, along with a current license by the state of practice.
• Electronic Medical Record use and experience preferred.
• Oversees patient schedules, appointments and procedures.
• Attends and assists during procedures at request of Provider.
• Performs patient histories, reviews patient’s medication and maintains medical records.
• Functions as a liaison between patient, Provider, and other healthcare providers.
• Ability to triage patients through phone calls and schedule those patients appropriately according to needs and schedules.
• Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medication and their correct administration based on age of the patient and their clinical condition.

Position Overview

Under general direction, develops, implements, evaluates, and manages the care and education of patients; supervises day-to-day activities of patient care; performs assessments of patients; attends educational in-services and coordinates the overall patient plan of care with the healthcare Providers.
