Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital - is looking for a full-time CNA Transporter.

• Monday through Friday

Position Overview

Transport patients as directed and respond appropriately and timely to patient needs. Communicate and document all daily activities and care provided to the patient. Assist with patient admission, discharge, transfer, and associated documentation. Transport lab work and supplies as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport residents, patients, lab work, and supplies.

• Provide care as directed within scope of practice.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to organize and prioritize functions necessary for proper transportation.

• Other Duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current State of Kansas CNA license.

• High school education or equivalent.

• CPR certification required.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
