The Elephant Bistro and Bar in Hoxie Kansas has been on the lookout for new line chefs! We are a young restaurant that has the desire to bring culinary experiences to our small town. In return, we are searching to find passionate individuals who want a career in the culinary arts. 
   We have made a name for ourselves in the area through creativity and technique. In the last two years, we've been published in 5 different articles, taken first place in Kansas City, participating at the regional Culinary Fight Club Competition, and have earned a 4.8 rating across Facebook and Google. We have 3,200 page likes on Facebook, 1,200 followers on Instagram, and we are still growing!
