HS Sioux Rey is a red roan gelding that has been used on the ranch, but would still be considered green.  He is kind, gentle, and doesn't buck when fresh.  He has been used to move cattle, and nothing really seems to faze him.  He hasn't had any cattle roped off of him, but has had a rope thrown off of him, drug the log, etc.  He will walk off nicely across the pasture, and can move super quick when needed.  He has plenty of speed that could be make him an ideal barrel, pole, playday or roping prospect.  He could also excel as a sorting or team penning horse.  He has recently had his teeth floated, and is current on vaccinations and deworming.

His sire, Boo Rey DR is  by High Roller Rey who was a 2012 NRCHA Open Futurity Finalist (Dual Pep x Peptos Royal 001) and out of Boo Olena DR (Blue Spark Olena x Smartest Little Boo). High Roller Rey has earned $51,018: finalist in the NRCHA Open Futurity; split 4th, NRCHA Open Stakes (Herd Work Reserve Champion); finalist in the NRCHA Open Derby (Champion of the Preliminary Herd Work), NRCHA Open Stakes (Champion of the Preliminary Fence Work), NRCHA Open Hackamore Classic; Utah Open Derby Champion twice; Finalist in the Idaho RCHA Derby Open.
