This supervisory position oversees marketing and media activities to develop, implement and manage a consistent communication plan using both traditional and digital marketing to promote the Company, its subsidiaries, products and services.  Ensures a professional company image using progressive advertising in print, radio, television, digital and social media.  Recommends new product lines, service offerings and pricing to be competitive.  Supervises daily departmental activities from idea conception, demographic studies, campaign creation, marketing activities and events to post-campaign analysis.  Works with supervisors on specific marketing requests, projects and events.  Delivers results by providing marketing solutions to contracted enterprise marketing customers. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or Marketing, or the equivalent, plus seven years of professional marketing experience.  Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
