JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Director of Buildings and Grounds, the custodian performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled custodial activities for the purpose of maintaining the proper appearance of the interiors of college facilities.

SALARY
$10.50 per hour, with potential to $11.00 after a 90-day evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Most work is performed in environmentally controlled buildings. Exposure to fumes, noxious odors, dust, mists, gases, and hazardous chemical exists.
Must be able to work 4 p.m.-12 a.m. during the academic year and 7 a.m.-4 p.m. during summer months.
