Must be able to work flexible hours and be capable of lifting up to 100 lb. Responsibilities: Maintenance & repair of College buildings & mechanical systems (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical). Mechanical aptitude and experience; completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or 2 years equivalent experience. The hourly rate for this position is $16.17 to $18.32.
