We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Director to join our growing team of professionals. The Maintenance Director is responsible for utilizing maintenance skills to perform a variety of tasks including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance along with maintaining high quality buildings and ground environment.  Must have a strong emphasis on interacting with the staff and residents.

This person is expected to have a hands-on role in the overall operations of this facility as well as dealing with administrative functions to include assisting with resident transportations.
