BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

The Permanency Specialist provides comprehensive case management with the families that we serve.  

Requirements include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education etc,)
• Must be 21 years of age

• Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance Check

• Must have a valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, company car provided.

Positions available in our Colby, Hays and Great Bend offices.  Saint Francis offer a generous benefit package including tuition reimbursement.  Base pay begins  at $19.23 and may be more based on experience.  We are very excited to visit with you in more detail our this position!  Be the difference in the lives of the children and families we work with.
