The journey of a couple from the oil fields of Texas who migrated with the Okies during the  grapes of wrath/dust bowl days - out to Bakersfield, California. 

Along the way, I.H. Terry found his Saviour, Jesus Christ and answered his call to the ministry. I.H. Terry started a home mission work in Bakersfield, California in a storefront with peach crates as a pulpit. By faith, the church grew from there to a church of over a thousand, and in the journey, I.H. Terry developed the ministry of forty men who carried the gospel worldwide.
