Spruce Villa Apartments is a housing community located in Ellis, KS. It is a federal housing project for persons age 62 or older or handicap or disabled.

Apartments are one bedroom and are all electric with stove and refrigerator provided. An on site laundry facility is available. 

The grounds are taken care of during the summer and sidewalks are kept clean during the winter. Maintenance is provided for repairs.

Spruce Villa Apartments is a cooperative effort funded by USDA Rural Development and Department of Housing and Urban Development. Eligibility is based upon 30% of income.
