is in good shape the shower is the only thing that needs replaced. New water pump this year. 
Couch folds out into bed and we put a cot in the mid tack as well. 
Has all hookups with a fresh water tank
Sink 
Fridge that works off electricity and propane 
Hot water heater is propane only 
Ac will freeze you out. 

Horse area:
Mangers with drain for washing 
Stud stall with escape door 
Roof vents 
Rear tack
Hay rack with ladder
Hay lift that needs work hasn’t worked since we bought it. 
The windows need some work/replaced
