Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to the facility
- Coordinate and supervise staff
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure a supportive and respectful environment
- Provide guidance and support to staff

Requirements:
- Adult Care Home Administrator License
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead
