CROPS:    TRACT 1: There are no growing crops.

TRACT 2: Buyer will receive 100% of the wheat crop and pay the landlord’s share of the crop insurance on the wheat crop at Premier Ag in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado.

POSSESSION:  Date of closing.

FSA INFORMATION: Any future FSA payments will follow the crops and will be paid pursuant to FSA regulations.

MINERAL RIGHTS: TRACT 1: All of the Seller’s interest in the mineral  rights will transfer to the Buyer at closing and Seller will reserve the current production perpetually.

TRACT 2: Subject to a prior reservation of record, Seller will transfer surface rights only.
