Barton Community College is seeking a full time instructor for the growing Welding program. We welcome individuals with two or more years of relevant work experience who are interested in using their skills and experience to develop an ongoing workforce.  Industry certification and/or an associate or higher degree in welding is required. Position responsibilities include coordinating the program's curriculum, student advisement, recruitment and service as a full time faculty member in partnership with other full time and adjunct faculty.  Salary is determined in accordance with appropriate qualifications, including related work experience, industry certification and/or highest earned education credential.
