80” homemade Culti-packer for sale.  Absolutely necessary tool for planting grass or alfalfa (any seed with shallow depth requirement—1/4 to 1/2”).  Easily pulled with ATV.  Sharp iron knives on every wheel to prevent balling up.  Reason for price is each plate was $15 x 35. Huge rock/weight can go or stay.
