05’ KTM 525 EXC- bike has Thumper Racing 540 Big Bore Kit. This engine has been completely rebuilt! It still has the break in oil in it, has not been broken in yet, less than one hour run time. New piston, cylinder, connecting rod, and (All) bearings replaced. Crankshaft and counterbalance have been balanced. All new valves, guides, springs, camshaft new cam chain. Head was trail ported and polished. All machine work and parts from Thumper Racing. New Rekluse clutch (I have the original as well). Water pump rebuilt new impeller. Carburetor rebuilt and re-jetted and tuned. Engine was rebuilt by Adventure Moto in McKinney Texas. All new plastics and graphics, new tank, Ricky Carmichael bars, new Seat Concepts seat. Scott steering dampener. Titanium exhaust, FMF muffler. Front forks and rear shock completely rebuilt. Have all manuals and parts catalogue and soft case.
