I-70 Truck Repair in Hays, KS is accepting applications for a Service Writer/Service Manager. Primary duties include taking phone calls to schedule service work, speaking with customers on the phone and in person about the diagnosis of their truck and potential remedies to any issues, managing technicians work schedules and job duties, writing repair orders, working with the Parts Department to procure parts, and any other tasks needed to perform the duties of the position.

Preferred Skills:

• Great Customer Service skills both in person and on the phone
• Management skills for working with technicians and other employees
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous experience with Class 8 Trucks and service department workings
• CDL or the willingness and ability to obtain a CDL for test driving trucks after repair
