1977 puch maxi pedal start moped, has a 70cc big bore kit with 45mm head, 15mm intake and carburetor, new throttle cable, new rear breake cable, comes with a new set of clutches just haven't gotten them installed, have the stock head, cylinder,piston,carb and intake, seat cover has a tear in it, does have side panels also but cant get the air fuel ratio right to run with them on. Has a title
