Description

This is a Bear Creek Arsenal .17 HMR upper with a 16" 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel heavy barrel and 15" MLok hbandguard. The side charging upper is blowback operated and does include a new buffer and buffer spring a a Black Dog Machine 14 round 17HMR 22 magnum magazine. 

The BCA upper is mated to a DPMS Panther Arms lower with a 6 position collapsible stock

This lower will also mate to any other caliber AR 15 upper.
