COOKOFF on Saturday OCT.17th 2015  at the Cottonwood Ranch by Studley Ks on US 24 east of Hoxie Ks. Pork Ribs, Brisket, Pork Butt and Chicken thighs  will be judged at 2 pm. There will be a Chili contest judged at 11 am.  Also A Home Brew contest of Beer, Wine and Other categories to be judged by the public from 11:30 a.m. till 1 pm   There will be a meal of pulled pork , baked beans, chips,  and tea  from 11:00 am till 1 pm (or until the food is gone) The Chili will be sold in Quart jars and there will be PIE for sale with the meal.  Cost is adults $5.00/  under 12 $3.00  and under 4 is Free   For more information  about the cookoff  call 785-657-1579 or e-mail jhaffner78@yahoo.com    ****  Need 10 more people to be a judge for the cookoff  in the meats and the chili.  Anyone can be a judge who is over 18 yrs old and enjoys some good food and a good time at the Cottonwood Ranch ****
