This wonderful pad is for those who are bedridden or spend a great deal of time in bed. It is hospital bed/twin bed size. This pad is not reimburseble by Medicaire but highly recommneded by doctors to help prevent pressure sores. The pad is constructed with very small pockets that fill and empty in an oscillating way. It is quiet and gentle. My Dad's doctor ordered it for him not too long before he passed away on July 30, 2013. It was used approximately 12 days and cost $180 plus tax.
