My husband and I are looking for a place to live while I attend Grad School for my 2nd Master's Degree.  We are in our late twenties.  Idealy, we'd like to rent in the range of 400.00/mo to 650.00/mo; 2 BRs would be nice, but 1BR is okay too.  We have a well mannered (and Litterbox Trained) adult cat that we would love to be able to bring with us.

We are interested in properties within walking distance to the FHSU campus and would prefer an above ground unit.  We are planning on being out there in mid July.
