This position serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Larned State Hospital. Sets clear and reasonable business services goals and objectives based on the vision and mission of the organization and develops effective strategies and plans to meet those goals and objectives ensuring work products and services consistently meet the need and expectations of internal and external customers within a defined budget.

Special Qualifications/Education: 5 years experience in managing large scale budget preparation, accounts receivables and collections, federal government cost reporting.   Education in related field may be substituted for the required experience.
