Purchased this grill from QVC 1 year ago and used it twice.  The Instruction Manual is included along with the heat control. If you are interested, please call me 785-737-3266 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I will deliver it to Hays.
