This is a nice, clean unit. It is a 1999 24' Trail Lite Bumper Pull Camper. All things functional -- we have been living in it for several months so have tested everything! The heater works, the shower works, hot water heater works, sinks, stove and refrigerator also work. Oh, and even the air conditioner works great!

It sleeps 6 -- Full size bed in the back with regular mattress and storage underneath. Then the dining table folds down to a bed and the couch pulls out to a bed.

The kitchen has 3 burner gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and storage. It is amazing how much storage it has!

And it is nicely decorated in a moose motif.... picture frames, shower curtain, wall paper, etc. There is even a false back picture frame that can be used for storage of valuables.

It has a TV antenna and is all wired for nice wall TV that you can get at Walmart for less than $150. There is an awning on the side but didn't use it a lot as it doesn't hold up to wind.... one leg doesn't lock but a 2x4 works great.

Heater and hot water heater run off propane. The rest of the unit is electric. It is winterized and ready to go. We will deliver within Kansas or eastern Colorado (I-25 and east).

It pulls easily with a 1/2 ton pickup. We have clean title to go with the unit.
