this rifle is inexcellent shape probably no more than 100 rounds put through it no rust at al and ho marks in the wood i purchased it in 2008 and never liked the feel of it when i shoulder it it will come with the scope which is a nikon pro staff 3_9x40 with flip cap covers and some ammo there is more ammo custom loaded that can be purchased for additional money please feel free to message me at any time or call with questions i also do texting good luck and god bless
