We Care Online has been in operation for over 5 yrs offering great online education to the medical field.

We Care Online is searching for RN’s across the State of Kansas!

                Immediate need areas include but not limited to:

      Kansas City

      Kinsley

      Lacrosse

      Lawrence

      Leavenworth

      Manhattan

      McPherson

      Newton

      Norton

      Oakley

      Olathe

      Overland Park

      Pittsburg

      Salina

      Smith Center

      Tonganoxie

      Topeka

Wages-by commission

      $150/student for CNA’s up to 10 students max per clinical session.        

      45hrs over a 3 wk period.

      You schedule the clinical days around your schedule.

      RN’s can schedule classes PRN, monthly, bi-monthly, or as needed.  It is all up to you!

      $100/student for CMA’s up to 6 students max per clinical session. 

      25hrs over a 5 wk period

      You schedule the clinical days around your schedule.

      Most clinical sessions run 5hrs a day once a week times 5 wks.  But again, can be curtailed to your own schedule.

      RN’s can schedule classes PRN, monthly, bi-monthly, or as needed.  It is all up to you!

Requirements by the State of Kansas:

NURSE AIDE INSTRUCTOR:

According to state and federal standards, each course instructor must be a registered nurse with a current Kansas license and have a minimum of two years' licensed nursing experience. At least 1,750 hours must be as a licensed nurse in a setting which demonstrates long-term geriatric nursing care, such as an adult care home or a distinct-part long term care unit or a state institution for the mentally retarded. Additionally, all nurse aide instructors must have completed a course in teaching adults or a professional continuing education offering on supervision or adult education, or shall have experience in teaching adults or supervising nurse aides.

To document alternative long-term care setting: “Alternative Practice Setting Experience” form is available upon request.

MEDICATION AIDE INSTRUCTOR:

Each instructor must be a registered nurse with a current Kansas license and have two years full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse.
