This cat was found on February 20th by Toulon Rd. and Highway 40. She is too tame not to be someone's cat. She has a nice coat, but is matted terribly underneath on tummy, skinny. Allowed me to literally pick her up out of the ditch and road in my car, in a friend's arms, as if she had done it a million times.  She's been doing nothing but sleeping since I found her.  When I pet her, she purrs, as if saying, "I'm safe. Thank you."  She needs a home....I hope someone recognizes her.
