Looking for a rent to own home in Hays with a plan to purchase in December 2011 when I graduate college. Atleast a 2 bedrooms but would really like a 3 bedroom. Would like a fenced in yard and a garage. Not looking for a huge house. I can afford no more than 450 a month, unless there is a separate living area that I could rent out.
