I am considering turning 119A East Main into a Small Business Development Center. Located downtown on Main Street in Ness City, this location offers great visibility and opportunity for your business. There are 3, individual, secure, office rooms available in this office. Each space is large enough for a desk, a couple of chairs and file cabinets and a little storage. Each office has a private locking door with the opportunity to combine multiple units through locking passage doors located within the individual offices. Tenants could take one or more of the individual units for office space or storage and would share a common reception room and copier in the front of the building. There would also be space available for your business name or logo's on the front window.

  Building owner would provide all utilities including central heat and air. I could also provide a commercial copier and possibly provide Wi-Fi for use by all tenants and the basics of an office- Desk, Executive Chair and one filing cabinet*. All of this would be included  in the rental price at a much lower rate than renting an entire building. 

These spaces would be rented on a month to month basis, no long term lease required.

I will accept Credit/Debit cards for rent payment and will offer discounts for multiple months paid in advance-increments of 3, 6, 9 or 12 mo would be available for discount.
