Reg. Black Angus Bull For Sale:

Born March 11, 2012. Had all of his shots, ear tattoo, all of his states done as a yearling. He does need currently dexomax poured. When sold and we can do this for you. He tested excellent for sperm mortality and mobility by Kile Vet Clinic Superior, Ne as a yearling. He was feed 1% body weight as a yearling in the bull sell pen, then turned out to pasture. These are his yearling states, and the only the only states I have on him, sorry no two year old info, but he has gotten bigger. Pic shows “passing breeder” vet certificate. Yearling pics are first three pics in summer 2013. Last two pics are of him today Feb 25, 2014.

............Great grandam "Sissy" we bought from Vaughn & Judith Domeier in Sutton, NE she was a 1997 model we lost in 2012, while she still was mothering a bull calf that is now one of my herd sires. She CLEANED house when we went to any show. I showed her for many years as a heifer, cow, and cow/calf. She was a horse size of a cow!! Most of Alex's (my boyfried of 7 yrs.) herd is decents of this cow.

Our whole herd is tested FREE of AM, CA, NH (including this bull)

*Update* he will be retested April 9, 2014, to prove he is still excellent in semen. So 2yr old states will be added on here. But this is a tall, longer bodied bull that should be a genetic breeding aset to someones herd!!! He comes from some high dollar show stock that won many classes/overall shows! These gentics make some fancy looking, large framed replacement heifers every year, that I keep and put back into my herd.

As a yearling I was asking $2,500, he was one of our highest priced bulls. I’m now asking $1,850. To be honest he got hurt as a yearling, on his right hind leg, unsure of how he got hurt. With age and time he has gotten better. We kept him in the sale pen and kept feeding him our silage mix till summer. He was then turned out to a 20 acre hotwire pasture with 4 other yearling bulls (he is the tallest with his butt to you in the summer pic). He was then taken to a 10 acre pasture with another yearling angus bull, a longhorn and a corrie bull. When grass got short he was then turned out to a 120 acre pasture with 3 other angus bulls for a month and he did fine, keeping up with the other bulls in that big of pasture and with 3 large ponds. Was re-gathered with the other yearling and brought back to the 10 acre pasture to winter with 2 other older angus bulls. So he has been socialized with other bulls, will bellar and may head butt but not really a fighter. I’ve not really had any problems with him. Used to be worked and gathered by a lady (me) and dogs, has been around horses and 4-wheelers. I would say he is about 80% sound sometimes 90% sound depending on how much he and the other bulls carry on being bulls. There’s no guarantee on him but I think that he would be just fine to bred 10-15 head. As he will jump the other bulls, and gets around in the pastures and ponds just fine. He has been a virgin bull until maybe today Feb 25, 14...……I moved my cows home to calve. With just a short about 3 ft barbwire fence inbetween and he decided he would spend the day with them. I never seen him jump a cow, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t at some point?? So now he is in a small paneled pen. But all of my cows are home raised cows and all have had all their shots and bangsed, so even if he did he is still clean. He is in “pasture” condition as he has only been getting free choice of big brome bales, sometimes some big alfalfa bales, 30% smartlick barrels, and a powder salt/mineral mix. His AAA reg papers will be transferred to you if a member. I can maybe get a video of him walking if needed. Your welcome to come look. FYI we will have yearling reg. angus bulls for sale mid to late march…..but they will cost more, than this bull. I have kept him in hopes that someone could use him as a two year old, but since I have to now kept him and feed him separate, and I have limited pen space, I’m offering him for sale before we advertise our bulls in March. I can text  a video if needed of him walking (sorry it won't allow me to upload them on here). Discounts for buying more than one of our yearling bulls, sorry older bulls are a set price. Please see our other ads on here by just clicking on my name in red at top of page.
