I am selling my 2012 Dutchmen Kodiak Toy Hauler. It has only been used 4 times. I purchased it new from the dealer. I have over $33,000 invested but don't use enough to justify having it so I am selling it to buy a boat. This toy hauler is equipped with 2 full size electric queen beds in the garage area, a 10' garage area, a full bath with walk in glass shower, solid surface counter top in kitchen, sliding glass doors separate the garage from the living room. Super slide out has a very large dinette that converts to a larger than queen bed, and there is a queen bed in the master bed room. The master bedroom has its own entrance to the bathroom. There is also an outside entrance to the garage in addition to the fold down ramp door. The garage has its own dinette as well so it is a perfect place for the kids to hang out while the adults are in the main living area. LCD TV, DVD, outdoor speakers, a large power awning, outdoor water, outdoor propane hookup, levelers, auto tong jack, the list goes on and on. I purchased an anti-sway load equalizer hitch with the trailer and will include that in the sale of the trailer as well. The trailer is stored indoors so it is not exposed to the elements.
