Missing Since 3/12/2014 Pure Yellow Labrador
We still miss Neil, our yellow lab, and think about him daily. Neil was a rescue and has been missing now for many months from WaKeeney. He was last seen by running North of WaKeeney. He could be anywhere now. He is microchipped through Avid. He slipped out of his collar which contained his tags the day he went missing. Neil is still very much loved and missed, and we are always actively in search of his whereabouts.
Neil underwent a long rehabilitation process as prior to coming to live with me, he was only used for breeding purposes and was never socialized properly. He associates people with pain and is most of the time afraid of any human interaction. He does love other dogs. He is neutered and has had his dew claws removed and is an abosolutely stunning lab with what appears to be very sad looking eyes. He does have a cement burn on the back of his right front leg, leftover from his negative past that I had never been able to doctor away completely. If anyone sees or hears of any activity involving a Yellow Lab please let me know!
