Looking for a CLEAN and RESPONSIBLE male or female roommate beginning June 1st. Roommates include 3 female college students.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex is located on the North side of Hays and is approximately 8 minutes from campus. The open bedroom is upstairs. Deposit is $300 and application/references are required for the landlord. The rent will be $300 per person plus utilities which usually run around $75 per person per month including high speed internet and upgraded cable. The place is really spacious and very nice. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are included.

NO PETS or SMOKING – NO EXCEPTIONS!
