Wanted--A Reliable back-up sitter

I am looking for a reliable person during the school year that would be available with little notice to watch my kids in the event of daycare closure (my 3 year old son) or any of my kids get sick and need to be brought home from school (1 in elementary and 1 in middle school).  I work part-time as a nurse and can not leave my job unless I have a replacement person (which can be tough to find) and my husband does not always work in town. Must have a clean driving record as travel with my kids would be a requirement.  I do live just outside of Hays.
