Hi there, I own a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It is in a nice area and not too far from campus. There are 2 living rooms the space is very open. I am currently looking for 2 roomates. I am a music performance major and I have a small business that I run. I am generally pretty easy to get along with. The rent is $475 for the room (bills included, including internet). The house is fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a bed if you desire. The lease will run from move day in September 1(or earlier) to May 31, 2016 Recommendations are required.
