Wanted a Female Roommate to share with two other girls. Nice, three bedroom house located in Hays, Kansas in a good family neighborhood, 1 car garage, fenced yard,  Washer/dryer/dishwasher included. Only  7-10 minutes from FHSU. 2-3 minutes to the big Dillons. 

Roommates are two female young professionals.   

No smoking/pets. Must be clean. 

$300 deposit. 

$300 each month plus utilities (usually $50-$80). 

We had someone cancel at the last minute, so the room is available immediately.
