This Kawasaki Concours was purchased by me in September of 1989. The motorcycle had 3,500 miles on it then and I am the second owner. It currently has 63,300. I have been from the Mississippi river to the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean and into western Canada. It has been a good travelling buddy over the years. It is a clean, unmolested original machine. It has been well maintained and the oil and filter has been changed every 3000 miles with Castrol. This summer we had a one week trip to the Colorado Rockies and rode the passes and it rode like a champ.  I would not hesitate riding this anywhere.  The tires are a matched set of Dunlops that have many thousands of miles to go. It handles great. The fuel tank holds 7.5 gallons and with the 45 MPG average that I get you can put many miles between fuel stops.  There is some paint peeling from the lower fairing and the factory saddlebags have scuffs on them from years of use.  Speaking of the saddlebags, they are large enough to hold a full face helmet.
